Ralph Lauren could have chosen almost any location to showcase his spring 2025 collection during New York Fashion Week, but he decided to host the event at a place he’s familiar with—the Hamptons.
Last week, Khalily Stables, a vast equestrian estate in Bridgehampton, became the runway for Lauren’s latest designs. Now, this 19-acre property is on the market for $15.25 million. Previously known as Campbell Stables, the property at 6 West Pond Drive was initially listed for $40 million in 2017, nearly three times its current asking price. It was later purchased in 2021 for a reduced price of $14 million, according to The New York Post. The estate features two barns with a total of 27 horse stalls, 15 grass paddocks, two riding arenas, two grand-prix grass riding fields, and a large indoor arena with a viewing area. The main barn contains 18 stalls, and the smaller barn has nine. The property also includes a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a chef’s kitchen, a two-bedroom, one-bath house, and an on-site office for staff. Corcoran broker Rolanda Blue Doolan expressed pride in helping to combine a legendary brand with a world-class equestrian facility for this exceptional Hamptons event.
The Ralph Lauren show, which opened New York Fashion Week last Thursday, was a glamorous event attended by around 250 celebrities, including Laura Dern, Naomi Watts, Usher, Jude Law, Coleman Domingo, and Anna Wintour. Supermodels such as Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington-Burns strutted the runway in Lauren’s timeless American designs.
The grounds of Khalily Stables were more than just a backdrop for the show, which featured Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The lush fields also showcased Lauren’s personal vintage car collection and hosted an immersive pop-up of the famous Polo Bar from Midtown Manhattan for the after-party. Lauren, who owns a home in Montauk, even recreated the restaurant and brought the maître d’, Nelly Moudime, to cater to the A-list guests.
Though such high-profile fashion events in rural settings are rare, this one will undoubtedly be remembered for its unique and picturesque venue.
