A company associated with Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen has acquired a $9.1 million home in South Florida. Located in Southwest Ranches, the property spans approximately 7.5 acres and features a full-size soccer field, two equestrian rings, and a sports court, according to listing agent Chad Bishop of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who, along with colleague Saddy Abaunza Delgado, represented the property. Bündchen, who has not commented on the purchase, is connected to the buyer of the property, Flamboyant Tree LLC. Known for her family ties to NFL star Tom Brady, Bündchen intends to incorporate horses, chickens, and other livestock onto the property, making it a truly animal-friendly environment, as outlined by Bishop.
The property was previously owned by a family originally from Mexico, who purchased it for $1.65 million in 2013. According to Zillow, the home has been intermittently listed since 2021, initially at $10.7 million, with its most recent listing price at $10.5 million. Southwest Ranches, located approximately 30 miles from Miami, is renowned for its upscale equestrian facilities, noted Bishop.
