TV Icon Carol Burnett’s Former Condo in Los Angeles

Carol Burnett, the celebrated comedian and actress known for her iconic role on The Carol Burnett Show, has sold her longtime Los Angeles residence.

The three-bedroom condo, which was listed for $4.2 million, ultimately sold for $3.7 million after six months on the market.

Remodeling of Carol Burnett’s Pied-à-Terre

In 2011, Carol Burnett and her husband Brian Miller renovated their 13th-floor pied-à-terre, a luxury condominium in Los Angeles’ upscale Westwood neighborhood.

The couple, who had previously owned a unit on the 25th floor of the same building, relocated to Santa Barbara and purchased the lower-floor residence for $1.26 million in 2002.

Renovated 2,800-square-foot condo includes modern amenities like three-zoned HVAC, Wi-Fi hotspots, and Lutron Crestron smart home systems.

It also features a Toshiba phone system and Lutron mesh shades.

Luxurious Features of the Condo

This three-bedroom unit features a private elevator and two balconies with expansive views of the Santa Monica mountains. Inside, Tai Ping silk blend carpeting, walnut flooring, and inset lighting enhance the sophisticated ambiance, while the dining room boasts ledger stone walls.

Additionally, the condo features a half-bath and two full bathrooms, with the primary bathroom designed to evoke a dressing room ambiance, enhanced by elegant cosmetic lighting.

The kitchen, equipped with an island, wine chiller, and ice maker, complements the luxurious interior.

Furthermore, the building offers an array of luxurious amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, and a door attendant, along with an on-site manager and visitor registration at the front desk.

Residents can also enjoy a fitness center, a pool, 36-bottle wine storage lockers, a high-powered Tesla charger, and side-by-side parking for up to three cars.
